Case 25: Claims legible in thumbnail
Not acceptable
A conference booth poster thumbnail is placed on an APS containing lowest level fair balance. The claims are legible on the thumbnail by default, but the required fair balance is not legible unless the user elects to hover over the thumbnail to magnify it. The claims are therefore not considered to be treated in a comparable manner to the required balancing copy.

Case 26: Claims not legible in thumbnail
Acceptable
The claims that were large enough to be visible on the thumbnail have been blurred. Now, both the claims and the required disclosures are treated similarly in that they are only legible once the user hovers over the thumbnail.
